Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website. Last updated 21 October 2026.

Our aim

This website is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 (WCAG 2.2) at level AA.

What you can do on this website

  • Use the Accessibility button, at the bottom right of every page, to make text larger, turn on high contrast, underline all links, switch to an easy-to-read font, or stop animations.
  • Zoom in to four times the normal size without text spilling off the screen.
  • Move around the whole site using only a keyboard, with a "Skip to main content" link at the top of each page.
  • Use a screen reader. Pages have clear headings, every photo has a description, and form fields are labelled.
  • Compare before and after photos using the arrow keys as well as by dragging.
  • Get clear messages if something's missing from a form, with links to the field that needs fixing.

The site also follows your device's settings for reduced motion.

How we test

We check every page with automated accessibility tools (axe and WAVE), and test by hand with a keyboard and at different text sizes and screen widths.

Known limitations

Some photos of our work were taken on site on a phone and may be lower quality. Each one has a written description.
