As roofers and builders, we can take an extension from the ground up. That includes the foundations, the brickwork and, crucially, a roof that's built to last.
From the ground up
Groundwork and concrete bases, blockwork and brickwork, then the roof structure and covering. Using one team for the build and the roof means fewer hand-overs and fewer gaps for problems.
Flat or pitched roofs
Most single-storey extensions have a flat roof, often with a roof lantern to let light in, or a pitched roof tiled to match the house. We'll talk you through the options.
Planning and building control
Many extensions need planning permission or building regulations approval. We'll tell you what to check before work starts.
