Slate roofs
Slate gives a roof a clean, classic look. It needs careful, precise work to get right. We repair slate roofs, re-slate them completely, and form neat valleys and flashings.
Re-slating
We strip the old slates, fit new membrane and battens, then lay new slates in straight, even courses. Natural and man-made slates are both options, and we'll explain the difference so you can choose.
Repairs and valleys
Single slipped slates can often be refixed. Where slates meet at a valley, or a slate roof meets a wall or chimney, we make sure the joint is properly formed and watertight.
