Flat roofs
Flat roofs on extensions, garages and dormers take a lot of weather. We replace tired flat roofs with new decking and a durable rubber or felt finish, and we can frame openings for roof lanterns.
Rubber (EPDM) roofs
A single sheet of rubber membrane, bonded to a new deck, with neat trims at the edges. It's clean-looking, has very few joints, and suits extensions and garages well.
Torch-on felt roofs
Layers of modern felt heat-sealed to the deck and to each other, finished with a hard-wearing cap sheet. A tried and tested option for many flat roofs.
Roof lanterns
Want more light in an extension? We build the upstand for a roof lantern into the new deck and finish the roof around it, so it's ready for the lantern to go in.
